Working hours: on Mondays from 18 to 20 hours. 2-3 times a week. Free admission. The cost of attending a lecture is 50 rubles.
The composition of the club: 40 people.
The Green Gift Club was created to unite gardening and horticultural lovers, scientists and practitioners for mutual enrichment with information. The club hosts meetings with leading VIR specialists, experienced experts, winners of Agrorus exhibitions
Our regular lecturers:
- Irina Semyonovna Pyzhikova, architect, designer, florist-collector;
- Valentina Nikolaevna Kovaleva, experienced gardener;
- Yulia Petrovna Cherotchenko, candidate of biological sciences, breeder of tomatoes and peppers, gardener tester;
- Igor Aleksandrovich Timofeev, hereditary breeder - gardener who has been raising future gardeners-practitioners for more than 20 years;
- Vera Yurievna Lyadzhina - experienced gardener
We invite interested people to exchange experiences with each other; we go to classes in the garden plots of club members with the involvement of leading experts who in practice demonstrate what needs to be done in the garden during this period: pruning, transplanting, grafting, ideas in the garden, etc.
We maintain international contacts: agricultural specialists from the USA and the Baltic countries come to us to exchange achievements in potato growing. We cooperate with Estonian gardeners, go to a gardening club near Tallinn.
