In lipid metabolism, this oil controls the formation of fat cells, accelerates the breakdown of fats. Evening primrose oil prevents skin aging, makes it youthful and elastic, helps to get rid of age spots, cleanse the skin, relieve irritation, smooth out wrinkles.

Evening primrose is widely used in folk medicine.
