Boil the meat, egg, potatoes in their uniform. Chop meat, tomatoes and potatoes. Next, lay out in layers: tomatoes, meat, potatoes, pepper and salt each layer and coat with a thin layer of mayonnaise. Decorate the top with an egg cut into thin circles.
Salad "Fish in vegetables"
300 g hot smoked fish,
2 fresh cucumbers, 2 fresh tomatoes, 4 boiled potatoes, 1 bunch of green onions and lettuce leaves.
Boil potatoes in their skins, chop. Separate the fish from the bones and disassemble, chop the tomatoes, cucumbers and green onions, tear the lettuce leaves. Put all this in a salad bowl. Add mayonnaise and mix thoroughly.
300 g of herring fillet, 400 g of green beans, 300 g of potatoes, onions - to taste, mayonnaise.
Chop herring fillets, cut boiled potatoes into thin slices. Cut the green beans into diamonds and boil until tender in a little salted water. Cut the onions into thin half rings. Stir all the ingredients, add mayonnaise, put in a salad bowl and garnish with herbs.
One medium hot smoked greenling fish, one large onion, potatoes - 700-800 g, dill, parsley - one bunch each, mayonnaise.
Free the smoked fish from the bones. Cut the boiled potatoes in their uniforms into small cubes. Cut the onions into half rings and sauté in vegetable oil. Then we combine all the products, add finely chopped herbs and mayonnaise, salt, pepper and mix thoroughly, put in a salad bowl (if you wish, you can add more boiled eggs, grated).
Korean carrot salad
One medium-sized chicken breast, one sweet pepper, 300g Korean carrots, one large bunch of parsley and dill each.
Boil the chicken breast, disassemble the fibers, cut the bell peppers into strips, add carrots, finely chopped herbs, salt, pepper, add odorless vegetable oil, mix thoroughly, put in a salad bowl.
Husband's favorite salad
For four servings you need 200 g of oyster mushrooms, 1 pack of crab sticks, 200 g of sweet bell pepper, 2 onions, 1 head of Chinese cabbage or salad, parsley, dill.
For the sauce: dilute 1 teaspoon of mustard in 1/3 cup of sunflower oil, add 1/4 teaspoon of salt and black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon of sugar and vinegar to taste (apple or grape can be used) and finely chopped herbs.
Cut the mushrooms, onions, cabbage and bell peppers into large strips, and cut the crab sticks obliquely.
Fry onion with mushrooms in sunflower oil, add pepper, fry until the pepper is soft. Put in a bowl, add crab sticks and cabbage, add sauce, mix everything thoroughly. Chill in the refrigerator.
Package of frozen puff and yeast dough "Morozko", 500 g fillet of hake or other fish, 3 medium onions.
Pour a small amount of odorless sunflower oil into the pan. When it warms up, add a little butter, mix everything and fry the hake fillets in a pan. Separately sauté onions, cut into half rings. Mix the fish and onions - the filling is ready. Defrost the dough. We roll out one cake on a baking sheet, having previously greased it with a small amount of oil. We spread the filling on it. Roll out the second cake, a little larger than the first, and cover the filling with it. We fold the edges onto the bottom cake. We pierce the surface of the top cake over the entire area with a fork. We put a baking sheet in a preheated oven, put a frying pan with water in the lower part of it and bake for 20 minutes at a temperature of 180C.
600 g salmon fillet, 3 potatoes, 150 g cheese, 150 g oyster mushrooms, salt, black pepper to taste.
Peel the potatoes, rinse and cut them lengthwise into thin slices, boil in a pan with water until half cooked. Cut the salmon into slices, salt and pepper. Rinse and dry the oyster mushrooms. Line a baking dish or pan with foil. Put potatoes on foil, put a piece of salmon on top of it, and oyster mushrooms on top. Place slices of thinly sliced cheese on top of the mushrooms and bake in an oven preheated to 180C for 5-6 minutes. Serve with vegetables and herbs.
Tilapia with oyster mushrooms
500 g of tilapia fillet, 200 g of oyster mushrooms, 2 onions, mayonnaise.
Fry the mushrooms. Cut the onion into half rings and lightly sauté. Divide the defrosted tilapia fillet into portions. Salt, pepper, spread the fried mushrooms on top, onions on them, coat with mayonnaise and bake in the oven for 5-10 minutes. Serve boiled potatoes with dill and parsley as a garnish.
