This insidious master's disease

It is very important to understand the cause of this disease and try to eliminate it. Of course, you can relieve pain for a while, eliminate the symptom of the disease, but after a while it will manifest itself again, and it will be more difficult to fight it.

Therefore, pay attention, first of all, to the nature of the diet, since the disease is characterized by the deposition of uric acid salts in various tissues of the body. Its main manifestation is damage to the joint of the big toe. Wearing tight and uncomfortable shoes contributes to the development of gout. Abuse of fats, meat, tomatoes, legumes, sorrel, smoked meats, salted foods, alcohol and chocolate aggravates the course of the disease. It is necessary to normalize the content of trace elements in the body. The main source of their intake are plants - fruits, vegetables, herbs, grains, cereals, ginger, cloves, beans.

Iodine is found in various glands. Its deficiency in the body disrupts the exchange of uric acid, increasing its content.

In the old days, gout was called a master's disease. Rich people led a sedentary lifestyle and therefore more often suffered from gout. Smoked meats, meat, caviar, chocolate, overseas wines were frequent guests on the master's table.

The main cause of gout is renal impairment. But there is no isolated kidney disease. Liver disease can cause kidney disease that is affected by metabolic disorders.

If the salt balance is disturbed, uric acid reacts with alkalis, forming salts - urates. The deposition of these salts is responsible for the development of gout and kidney stones. In this case, a persistent increase in pressure develops, which is difficult or almost impossible to lower. With increased stress, vessels, for example, of the heart, may not be able to withstand, which will cause a heart attack and even a stroke with a violation of the vessels of the brain.

Uric acid metabolic disorders can be caused by various reasons:

  1. Excess protein in food. Purines are formed from them, and then uric acid.
  2. Violation of enzymatic systems that stop the formation of uric acid, for example, with a genetic predisposition.
  3. Diseases of the blood and in a number of other cases when more uric acid is formed, for example, with increased cell decay. Cytotoxic (cell-killing) drugs also cause increased cell decay.
  4. Uric acid can be poorly eliminated in any kidney disease.
  5. Uric acid is removed worse when taking certain medications - aspirin, citromone, askofen and others.
  6. Uric acid is excreted worse if the body produces an excess of certain chemicals, for example, lactic acid, which happens when drinking alcohol, pregnancy, diabetes and fasting, as well as hypertension, decreased thyroid function.

Uric acid, which is not excreted by the kidneys, combines with sodium and in the form of salt with the blood stream moves to the legs. It can get stuck in the joints instead of continuing on its way through the body. When it enters the joint fluid, it is deposited first in the joint capsule, then in the tendons of the joint, and then "begins to deal with" the cartilage. Salt penetrates all the way to the bone and accumulates in the space between the bone and cartilage, destroying both. In addition, uric acid crystals cause inflammation of the joint lining itself. Inflammation of the joint causes a sharp reaction of the surrounding tissues. The disease gradually affects not only joints, but also internal organs, renal tissue is affected. In this case, less fluid is excreted from the body, which leads to an increase in blood pressure.

With gout, you need to move as much as possible, and add lemons, gooseberries, strawberries to the diet, a lactic acid diet, abundant alkaline drinks are also recommended. During the day, you need to drink water at least 30 g per 1 kg of weight.

Some examples from the practice of treating gout speak of success. An elderly neighbor had problems with gout, hypertension and osteochondrosis.

The reason is impaired renal function, as well as thyroid disease. Nerves were on edge. The treatment consisted of cleaning the kidneys and spine. She was taking a decoction of walnut partitions. I massaged my little fingers.

As a result, I began to sleep well. After a course of treatment with immunostimulating tincture (2 months) I felt completely healthy.

Another 57-year-old woman was advised to use urine baths to treat gout. The treatment helped. Pains have gone, bones have decreased. She also prepared our recommended gout remedy. I mixed iodine, castor oil and ammonia. I made compresses daily. Pains in the bones of the legs are gone.
