Lubricate your face with the resulting mixture and cover with a thick layer of lignin for 30 minutes. Then remove the mask, rinse your face with warm water, dry slightly and use your fingertips to drive a moisturizer into the skin.

If you have oily skin, steam baths are very helpful for your face (however, they can be done for any skin type). They are used to cleanse the skin of the face. Under the influence of steam, the blood vessels expand, the blood supply to the skin improves, the plugs in the ducts of the sebaceous glands soften, the inflammatory seals resolve, and a reflex effect on the central nervous system is carried out. But they are contraindicated for those who suffer from hypertension, bronchial asthma, redness of the face. At home, a steam bath is performed as follows. After boiling water, remove the dishes from the heat, put the following medicinal plants in it, let them brew. Tie hair with a scarf, wipe the skin around the eyes with a fat cream. Straining the broth and pouring it into a bowl, cover your head with a terry towel and hold it so that the steam goes to your face. The procedure is repeated every two weeks for oily skin and once a month for normal skin.

With normal skin, to prepare the infusion, use: leaves of coltsfoot, chamomile, clover, lavender, rose petals, yarrow.

For dry skin: leaves of coltsfoot, chamomile, lavender, willow, linden blossom, flowers of yarrow, violet, hawthorn.

For oily skin: young pine cones, leaves of coltsfoot, St. John's wort, wild mint, chamomile, willow, linden blossom, savory, rosemary, yarrow.

You can insist in boiling water either individual herbs, or fees from different components in equal proportions. Fresh leaves and flowers must first be chopped. With dry skin, the duration of a steam bath is a few minutes, with normal skin - about 10, with oily skin - 10-15 minutes. After a steam bath, wash with cold water or wipe your face with lotion. You can go outside 30-40 minutes after the procedure.

For oily skin, you can make tea lotion (it tightens pores). Brew a small amount of tea with mineral water, cool, add a few drops of lemon juice. Wipe your skin in the morning and evening.

For very oily skin, it is recommended to wipe your face with lemon juice several times a day.

Rough facial skin

The skin hardens mainly on the forehead, cheeks and chin. Try massaging your face vigorously with a cotton rag twice a week.

Raw milk improves complexion. For several weeks in a row, wipe your face with milk daily without rinsing it off for half an hour. For oily skin, calendula masks are useful. It is necessary to take a thin layer of cotton wool, soak it with a solution of calendula infusion (2 tablespoons of herbs for half a glass of water) and put on the face for 20 minutes. Vegetable masks cleanse, whiten, soften, tone the skin, enrich it with vitamins and mineral salts, give it youth and freshness. They are simple, cheap, effective. In addition, everyone can use them, regardless of whether their skin is dry, oily or normal. They can be applied 2-3 times a week or daily. Before the mask, the face and neck must be thoroughly cleaned with lotion or water. From lettuce leaves
