Diabetes is a disease of sedentary overweight people who experience neuropsychic stress

The disease is easier to overcome if you understand where its origins lie. Therefore, we will try, first of all, to explain to our readers the nature of the disease and help choose the path to health. It is clear that the path to health can be different for different people, because we are all different, and those paths that led to the disease, too, may be different … Type II diabetes mellitus develops after 40 years. Its initial stage is characterized by overweight, sedentary lifestyle, inappropriate nutrition, overeating, excessive consumption of fats and carbohydrates, chronic stress, trauma, neuropsychic stress.

As a rule, such patients already had diabetics in their family, who also had the second type of the disease, it is also called "non-insulin dependent", "elderly diabetes", "obese diabetes". Diabetes does not start out of the blue. This is the result of a strong weakening of the body. At the same time, it is a bomb that can explode at any moment. The risk group includes people with high blood pressure who have had an infectious or viral disease; women who have given birth to large children (weighing more than 4 kg) or have had miscarriages; people who have taken a lot of chemical drugs.

Dr. Zalmanov noted that diabetes is preceded by renal failure. Excess sugar that circulates in the blood can cause nervous breakdowns, loss of vision, infections, poor circulation, kidney and heart disease. All types of metabolism are violated, and a complex of diseases is found in the body over time. With the progression of the disease, vision deterioration occurs, atherosclerosis develops, and pain in the legs increases. Small red-crimson spots on the chest are a signal of pancreatic disease. A person with this disease can dramatically lose weight or gain weight. Its most characteristic signs are thirst, dry mouth, increased appetite, weakness, weight loss, a large volume of urine, and itchy skin.

Our brains are programmed to automatically increase their glucose levels to maintain their volume and energy when the body is lacking water. If the level of dehydration in the body is constantly increasing, the brain has to rely more on glucose for energy. In stress-induced emergencies, up to 85% of the brain's additional energy needs are met by sugar. This is why people who are under stress crave sweets. The brain passes glucose through its cell membranes without the help of insulin, and the walls of other cells require insulin for this.

The main problem stems from one very important factor: lack of water in the body slows down salt metabolism. It was found that in diabetes, the metabolism of the vital amino acid tryptophan, which regulates salt intake, is disrupted, and its content in the brain is greatly reduced during the disease. Salt, in turn, is responsible for regulating the volume of water outside the cells. When there is not enough tryptophan in the body, it leads to a general lack of salt. With a decrease in salt retention due to a lack of tryptophan, blood sugar is responsible for water retention. Consequently, to compensate for the low salt content, the sugar content rises.

The substitute for histamine, prostaglandin E, is actively involved in the water distribution system in the body. This substance suppresses the cells of the pancreas that produce insulin, preventing them from producing and secreting insulin. When too little insulin is released, the main cells of the body lose sugar and some amino acids. Potassium remains outside the cells, and the accompanying water does not penetrate into the cells. As a result, cells have to give up their right to water and certain amino acids, and diabetes is the result of many comorbidities.

In diabetes, insulin stops pushing water into the cells. This happens in two steps: the first is to prevent insulin from secreting by the cells that make it. This type of diabetes is called non-insulin dependent. This form of diabetes is often reversible. Insulin releasing agents are taken in pill form. But these pills can also cause a side effect - a change in the composition of the blood, jaundice, a rash on the skin and disruption of the gastrointestinal tract, as well as the liver. An overdose of these tablets can result in a hypoglycemic coma. It is dangerous to use this drug with a sick liver and renal failure. The best remedy for non-insulin dependent diabetes is to bring the regular daily intake of water to at least 2.38 liters, slightly increase the salt intake. With this form of diabetes, water intake,a special diet that includes Jerusalem artichoke, dandelion, burdock roots, bean shells, grass and fruits Eastern goat's rue (galega officinalis) and minerals reverse the process, and the need for an increase in blood sugar levels is reduced.

Insulin-dependent diabetes is associated with irreversible destruction of insulin-producing cells. This process causes the destruction of the cell nucleus. Dismemberment of the DNA / RNA system deprives cells of their ability to produce insulin and function normally. Subsequently, diseases of individual organs arise, they partially, and then completely lose their functions. Gangrene can begin, cystic formations appear in the brain and vision loss.

By regularly drinking water, which prevents the problems caused by dehydration, a large supply of tryptophan and its neurotransmitter derivatives serotonin, tryptamine and melatonin is provided, which allows it to regulate all body functions. A balanced intake of amino acids in simple proteins provides their need for humans. Lentils and green beans are especially beneficial because they are high in amino acids. Daily walks help maintain muscle tone, replenish the supply of tryptophan in the brain and correct any physiological processes resulting from emotional stress and anxiety.

Treatment should be started at the slightest sign of illness. Nutrition is of great importance: what we eat and especially how we eat. By chewing food thoroughly, we protect the pancreas. The digestion process begins in the mouth. Saliva contains an enzyme that helps in the digestion of food. Anyone who quickly, on the go, has a snack, the risk of pancreatic disease. No wonder they say: "He who chews for a long time, he lives a long time." With diabetes mellitus, you should limit the intake of carbohydrates: sugar, sweets, confectionery. Do not overuse sweet cherries, grapes, raisins, strawberries, figs. Pasta, noodles, cakes are not recommended. Contraindicated: liver, egg yolks, caviar, fatty fish and meat, smoked, salted and pickled foods.

Useful: buckwheat, beans, peas, fermented milk products (cottage cheese, yogurt, cheese, kefir). You can eat vegetables without restriction. Lettuce, asparagus, cabbage, beets, garlic, radish, parsley, dill, onion, cucumbers, zucchini, pumpkin, eggplant, green peas are especially useful.

Meals should be moderate and fractional, 5-6 times a day. Many diabetics can only be improved through diet. In the summer, eating from the garden, you will not feel the symptoms of diabetes at all.

- For the treatment of diabetes mellitus, infusions are prepared from a mixture of herbs in equal volumes (by a handful): blueberry leaf, nettle, bearberry, birch, lingonberry, linden, juniper, flax, peppermint, St. John's wort, black currant, oat straw, chicory root. Brew two tablespoons of this collection in 1 liter of boiling water, leave for 30-40 minutes, take 250 ml 30 minutes before meals 4 times a day. Don't be confused, and most importantly, don't stop if you don't have the full range of these herbs at the moment. Let there be 2-3 components, even one herb, brew and drink, each of them has a healing effect, just do not take it for more than three weeks. Then replace it with other components.

5. Grass of highlander bird (preferably with a rhizome) in the form of an infusion (1-2 tablespoons insist 2 hours in 0.5 liters of boiling water and drink 0.5 cups 3-5 times a day before meals) with nervous exhaustion and diseases associated with metabolic disorders in obesity.

6. Since diabetes is a consequence of metabolic disorders, use a good folk remedy - eat buckwheat porridge with milk! This is especially helpful for those on insulin medications. Dietary fibers of buckwheat hinder the utilization of proteins, but they also inhibit the assimilation of starch. In addition, these are foods that contain exactly the amino acids mentioned above. Milk (not boiled) should be drunk hot, and 1/4 teaspoon of soda should be taken in a glass of milk, taken 4 times a day.

7. Flowers and leaves of buckwheat in the form of an infusion are also taken orally in case of sclerosis of blood vessels (2-3 tablespoons of raw materials insist an hour in a liter of boiling water) and drink to a glass of infusion 3-5 times a day.

8. Fresh cabbage helps to remove cholesterol from the walls of blood vessels (prevention of atherosclerosis). Cabbage tartric acid helps to restore metabolism in the body and prevent obesity. It is useful to drink sauerkraut juice.

9. Fresh gooseberries without limitation, especially in case of frequent hemorrhages of internal organs, obesity and anemia.

10. Hawthorn fruits, especially fresh, are useful as a sugar-reducing agent in diabetes mellitus, as well as in hypertension. You should eat 50-100 g 3-4 times a day after meals (always on a full stomach). Taking on an empty stomach can cause depression of the heart muscle, as well as intestinal spasm and vomiting. It is impossible to drink cold water immediately after hawthorn, as it can contribute to the occurrence of intestinal colic, which can be removed with caraway seeds, dill, celery.

11. An infusion of the herb of the whole caraway plant, including the roots, prepared in the same way as tea is brewed, is useful for diabetes.

12. Insist in a thermos 10-12 leaves of crushed bay leaves, this is especially useful when weakening the pancreas. Drink 50 ml 3-4 times a day for three days. Insist for a day.

13. Jerusalem artichoke root vegetable in the form of infusion or decoction is useful for diabetes, hypertension, headache. An infusion or broth is prepared from three tablespoons of root vegetables per liter of boiling water, insisting for two hours, drinking a glass 3-5 times a day.

23. For the treatment of the pancreas, a vodka tincture of walnut partitions is used. Take 1 tbsp. Pour a spoonful of partitions with vodka before covering them and leave for two weeks. Reception: 5-6 drops on an empty stomach in two tbsp. tablespoons of warm water 1 time per day. Treatment course: from 3-4 weeks to 3 months. Even type 1 diabetes recedes before this remedy.

24. Traditional medicine advises to chew calendula flowers for diseases of the pancreas.

25. The drink of kombucha and or "sea rice" mushroom perfectly reduces sugar.

At the first signs of diabetes, when you feel dry mouth, and a blood test showed high sugar, use another folk remedy: pour 3 liters of milk into a jar, 2 tbsp. spoons of sour cream. After some time, squeeze the cottage cheese through cheesecloth. Add 40 g of yeast to the resulting whey. Take 1 tbsp. a spoonful of serum 3 times a day. The course of treatment may last for a year. After a year, repeat the treatment if you feel dry mouth again.

Such treatment is subject to diseases of the pancreas, in which insulin was not used. And insulin dependent patients can get a significant improvement in their condition. The remedy also helps with pancreatitis.

In addition, other methods of healing the body should be used, in particular, sobbing breath - which appears in people when they cry. Such breathing is possible only by breathing through the mouth, not through the nose. Strong sobbing breathing is used when the body experiences a strong nervous tension, it is performed with a short breath (half a second), shallow, energetic, on a sob.

On inhalation with a wide open mouth, the sound "a" is pronounced, the air remains, as it were, in the mouth, without going into the lungs, breathing is shallow. The sound "a" is pronounced shortly and sharply, but calmly and without tension, without jerking the body. After inhalation, a long continuous exhalation is immediately made for at least 2-3 seconds, but it can be up to 10 seconds. It is not necessary to completely exhale all the air from the lungs, but to exhale is pleasant and not abrupt. After exhalation, a natural pause of 1-2 seconds follows.

Impulse self-massage - natural stroking, scratching, which everyone performs repeatedly during the day. In the process of light stroking of the head, neck, arms, legs, chest, abdomen, "impulses" arise that improve the supply of nutrients to all parts of the body. Tightly fitting clothing is harmful to health. You need to start massage where the impulse is stronger, where it itches most. Impulse self-massage is in close organic relationship with proper breathing. The sobbing breath triggers impulses from time to time in different parts of the body, and the massage constantly maintains optimal breathing.

If you start self-massage, then you need to stop the sobbing breath. The ideal option for impulse self-massage is a bath. Not surprisingly, after a bath, a person feels well rested. But patients with diabetes should avoid baths, it is better to take a shower. Only sobbing breath and impulse self-massage perform an emergency function in case of illness. As the body heals, the body's need for sobbing breath and impulse self-massage decreases.

The principle of normalization of the breathing process, according to Yu. G. Vilunas, allows not to adhere to the principle of a strict diet for patients with diabetes mellitus, it is contraindicated for them, the diet should be the same as that of healthy people.

  1. You should eat when you want.
  2. There is what you want.
  3. There is as much as the body requires and does not count calories.
  4. Do not go to bed on an empty stomach.
  5. Take a sufficient amount of liquids and when you want.
  6. It is better to eat neutral foods (vegetables, potatoes, bread, etc.).
  7. Stick to your natural eating routine. The duration of a meal is determined by the need for satiety, it is not constant.
  8. The body is a self-cleaning system, so there is no need for special fasting. Therefore, the treatment of the body is based on the activation of the internal mechanisms of healing.

With diseases of the pancreas, general strengthening of the body is necessary. Walk more on foot and skip the elevator - your chances of getting diabetes will be cut in half.

A good mood helps to heal. Even in ancient times, it was noticed that "the wounds of the winners heal faster." This connection is especially evident in the treatment of the pancreas: after laughter, blood sugar decreases.

Diabetes often develops diabetic retinopathy, which causes vision loss to the point of blindness. At the heart of this ailment are lesions of the vessels of the eye, leading to hemorrhages, retinal detachment and atrophy of the optic nerve. Since microscopic blood clots form inside the blood vessels, which disrupt the blood supply to the retina, it is necessary to thin the blood, drink an infusion or tincture of aspen bark, or take it in powder form. It is also the prevention of heart attack and stroke. Blood-thinning broth of creeping wheatgrass, horse chestnut tincture, infusion of sweet clover herb, "chewing" vegetable oil. Reduces cholesterol and blood viscosity A glass of red wine a day or pine bark, ground into powder, take a pinch daily.

If a person prefers hamburgers and sausages, washed down with beer or sweet soda water, moves exclusively in a car, it is clear that he begins to gain weight. These people are very likely to have diabetes after 40 years. Prevention: to reduce body weight, more physical activity, eat vegetables and fruits, greens, give up fatty foods, excessive sweets; alcohol is possible only in moderate doses.

People with type 2 diabetes should never be given insulin. Otherwise, in 1–1.5 months your insulin will cease to be produced, and the disease will turn into incurable (for today) type 1 diabetes.

We wish you success and be healthy!
