How to get rid of spurs and calluses

"Heel spur", "thorns on the legs". At the onset of the disease, pain occurs when walking. Acute pain occurs especially in the morning with exertion. Then, during the day, the pain when walking subsides, in the evening it intensifies again. Over time, the pain becomes persistent.

Walking is especially painful in a bilateral process; sometimes sufferers walk on crutches. The inflammation can be at the bottom or at the site of the Achilles tendon insertion. In the first case, you feel a sharp, burning pain when resting on the heel ("a nail in the heel"). In the second case, they are forced to wear shoes without a backdrop.

Feet carry us along the ground. If problems arise with them, this may mean that somewhere, perhaps in a latent state within us, there is an unwillingness to move forward, an unwillingness to participate in the lives of others. It is worth thinking about it in order to take action and remove the causes of the disease. Most often, we try to get rid of the symptoms of the disease. SN Roerich wrote about it this way: "A person is sick only because he clogged his body with fear, tears and irritation."

There is a known case when they found bunches of thorns on the heel, which they got rid of with the help of mashed potatoes and kerosene. A boiled potato in a jacket, pounded until it cooled down, and mixed with 1 teaspoon of kerosene. We laid out the puree on a plastic wrap and applied it as an application to the sore spot. Only this should be done carefully and not applied to healthy skin, because you can burn it. This should be done at night. From above you need to put on a sock or wrap it up well and go to bed. In the morning, wash your leg with warm water. This procedure must be repeated 7-10 times until complete recovery.

Perhaps another way will be simpler: to collect a bunch of caustic buttercup grass in the meadow, few people do not know this plant, which is popularly called night blindness. It is necessary to cut the plants and pour boiling water over 1-2 liters, boil for 10-15 minutes and hold your feet in hot broth for 20-25 minutes, but do not burn yourself. The procedure can be done every day, but it can be done every other day. For healing, 10-15 warming ups may be enough.

You can fix it with a bandage or adhesive plaster in the place where the spike is, a thin plate of lead and do not remove it for 3-4 days. Repeat 3-4 times, each groove with a new plate, discard the used ones.

For spurs and thorns, there is an excellent healer - mustard compress. Apply 2 teaspoons of mustard diluted to sour cream on the parchment (waxed paper) and make a compress. Repeat several times overnight.

Pour dry lilac flowers with vodka in a ratio of 1:10, insist for 10-14 days and take 25-30 drops 2-3 times a day and at the same time make compresses or rub sore spots with this tincture.

Burn a finger-sized dry aspen knot, collect the ash, add the same amount of rye flour and 1 tsp. vodka, knead and apply to a sore spot, bandage with a linen cloth. Change the cakes 3-4 times during the day when they dry.

Wash and pour over your feet with a decoction of oats, obtained after boiling 2-3 glasses of it in 1.5-2 liters of water for 8-10 hours. After that, do not wash your feet, and rub the mucus from oats into the skin of the foot for another 7-10 minutes. The procedure is done before bed, then put on socks or stockings.

Soak your feet in a hot broth (as soon as the skin tolerates) a mixture of herbs (put, without measuring) wormwood, nettle, burdock, mallow. Do hot baths for a month. All skin will be cleansed. It helps a lot if you apply a fresh fly agaric to sore spots.

To reduce pain when walking, you need to put aluminum foil on the sore spot. Tincture of cinquefoil 1: 3 take 1 tbsp. l. twice a day. Or tie a fresh leaf of May burdock or plantain leaf to the sore spot.
