In the open field, you can grow Japanese cabbage from early spring to late autumn, sowing at several times. Since the end of April, by sowing in the ground, it is grown with 2-3-line ribbons (30-40 cm between the lines, 70 cm between the ribbons) or on the ridges and ridges (70x30-40 cm).

From protected ground, young (35-45 days) leaves are used for food. Sown according to the scheme 20x15-20 cm.
