Young potatoes in sour cream

Boil peeled young potatoes in salted water. Then drain the water, put sour cream, butter and, shaking, mix. Sprinkle with chopped dill or parsley on top.

You will need: kvass - 1 l, boiled sausage (or boiled meat) - 200 g, cucumbers - 150 g, potatoes (boiled) - 200 g, egg (steep) - 4 pcs., Green onions - 50 g, dill - on taste, salt, sour cream. Cut the sausage (or meat), potatoes and cucumbers into cubes, finely chop the eggs, onion and dill. Salt to taste. Pour in kvass. Season with sour cream before serving.

Cruchon with kiwi and strawberries

For the recipe you will need: garden strawberries - 150 g, kiwi - 2 pcs., Lime or lemon - 2 pcs., Sparkling water "Orange" and "Tarhun" - 2 cups each. Peel and cut the kiwi into slices, rinse the strawberries and cut into 2-4 pieces. Cut off the zest from limes or lemon in long thin strips and squeeze the juice. Put the kiwi and strawberries in a jug or crock pot, pour over carbonated drinks and juice, mix. Serve over ice, garnished with zest strips.
