Benincase on a cut
Benincasa baked with vegetables is especially popular in our family. To prepare this dish you will need: a young fruit of beninkase weighing up to 500 g, 1 eggplant, 1 tomato, 4-5 mushrooms, 50 g of rice, 50 g of broccoli, 50 g of carrots, 50 g of cauliflower, 40 g of sunflower oil, 20 g of butter oils, flour, spices.
Method of preparation: cut the benincasa into strips, season with salt, roll in flour and fry in a pan. Cut the eggplant, salt, drain the juice, dry, grill for 3-4 minutes. Lightly fry the chopped tomatoes and peppers. Cut the mushrooms into slices, fry, sprinkle with spices. Put the fried vegetables in layers on a heat-resistant plate, put in the oven for 5 minutes. Boil the rest of the vegetables, fry. Boil rice. Serve the benincasa with rice and vegetables.
