Benincase on a cut

Benincasa baked with vegetables is especially popular in our family. To prepare this dish you will need: a young fruit of beninkase weighing up to 500 g, 1 eggplant, 1 tomato, 4-5 mushrooms, 50 g of rice, 50 g of broccoli, 50 g of carrots, 50 g of cauliflower, 40 g of sunflower oil, 20 g of butter oils, flour, spices.

Method of preparation: cut the benincasa into strips, season with salt, roll in flour and fry in a pan. Cut the eggplant, salt, drain the juice, dry, grill for 3-4 minutes. Lightly fry the chopped tomatoes and peppers. Cut the mushrooms into slices, fry, sprinkle with spices. Put the fried vegetables in layers on a heat-resistant plate, put in the oven for 5 minutes. Boil the rest of the vegetables, fry. Boil rice. Serve the benincasa with rice and vegetables.

We stuff small pumpkins weighing up to 3 kg with meat or fish.

Benincasa is of great interest to gardeners due to the possibility of unusually long storage of fruits. For example, we store it on the floor in the room in winter. So it can lie until the next harvest and longer.

They love the soft and juicy flesh of beninkase chicken and duck. The wax gourd also came to the taste of the pigs. Even whimsical piglets, picking feed, gobble up tasty fruits with pleasure.

This is how Benincasa is, unpretentious and stable, giving a large harvest. And its seeds remain viable for up to 10 years. Well, isn't it a find?
