Video: Harvest Festival "Gifts Of Autumn"

On October 21, the traditional harvest festival “Gifts of Autumn” took place in the Suzdalsky recreation center of the Shuvalovo-Ozerki municipal association. It was attended by the gardeners of the clubs "Green Gift - 1", "Green Gift - 3", "Mansion", "Flora".
As always, the holiday began with an examination of the exposition - gifts of country gardens and vegetable gardens and various preparations for the winter, presented by the participants for the competition. On several tables, arranged in a row, numerous vegetables were displayed - pumpkins, zucchini, cabbage, various onions, apples, grapes, quince, jars of pickles and preserves, tinctures, juices, pastries - everything that the gardeners' table is rich in in autumn. This productive row was crowned with a magnificent loaf of rye and corn flour, baked by Lyudmila Vasilyevna Rybkina from grains grown in her garden. It is no accident that the celebration itself this time was held under the motto: "Bread is the head of everything!"
The president of the Green Gift club Andrey Alekseevich Komarov and the director of the recreation center "Suzdalsky" Tamara Nikolaevna Lapteva congratulated the guests gathered at the tables on the holiday. Then the gardeners treated each other with their pickles, homemade wine and liqueurs. Meanwhile, the jury headed by Luisa Nilovna Klimtseva summed up the results of the competition.
And the celebration of the winners and awardees began. The first place was awarded to L.V. Rybkina. G.D. Grebenko became the second. The third place was given to the collective prize-winner - the “Flora” club, which put up for the competition a general exposition of various vegetables and fruits. All winners were awarded prizes prepared by the directorate of the Palace of Culture. Received incentive prizes and all other participants who put their expositions to the competition.
And then the holiday continued. Alexander Belov, beloved by gardeners, who has already taken part in several such holidays, pleased the audience with his songs.
