Gardeners' Holiday "Golden Harvest - 2014" In "Oktyabrsky"

On November 24, the traditional holiday “Golden Harvest - 2014” was held at the Oktyabrsky Big Concert Hall. Hundreds of gardeners from St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region gathered for it.

As you know, last summer the St. Petersburg deputies added to the list of city holidays - a new clause appeared in the Law "On Holidays and Memorable Dates in St. Petersburg", according to which the Gardener's Day will now be celebrated on the last Saturday of August. It took place for the first time at the end of August this year at the AgroRus exhibition in Lenexpo. The names of the best gardeners, summer residents and florists were named on it. They were awarded prizes.
