The reliability of our greenhouses is determined by the following factors:
Frame
It is made of cold rolled galvanized profile. The use of such rolling technology increases the service life 6-7 times compared to the service life of hot-rolled steel.
Our supplier of raw materials is the Cherepovets plant "SeverStal". Thanks to the welded all-metal arches, our greenhouses are stress-resistant and easy to assemble. The greenhouse frame is assembled in 2 hours.
For all models, you can choose, based on your needs, one of the main parameters responsible for the strength of the greenhouse - the distance between the arcs. We offer three standard pitches: - 1m, 0.65m, and 0.5m.
So a greenhouse with a distance between arcs of 1 m can withstand snow loads of up to 80 kg / m2 and in especially snowy winters requires a certain amount of care, which is reduced to periodic snow removal. And greenhouses with a distance between arcs of 0.65 m and less "hold" already 100-150 kg / m2 and do not need winter care.
Coating
All greenhouses are covered with polycarbonate of at least 4 mm with special UV protection, which ensures long-term operation without loss of transparency and mechanical characteristics
Design
- All greenhouses are equipped with two doors and two vents, which provide ease of ventilation and operation.
- You can order any selected model in various lengths with a discreteness of 2 m: 4 m, 6 m, 8 m …, for which it is enough just to purchase an additional set of 2 m.
- In addition to the basic configuration, we offer the installation of an automatic vent for ventilation and an automatic watering system
