Actinidia jam. For its preparation, slightly unripe, but already sweet berries are used. For 1 kg of berries, 1 kg of sugar and 100–150 g of water are enough. Sugar is completely dissolved in water over low heat. Berries are dipped into boiling syrup, boiled for 2-3 minutes and removed from heat for 7-8 hours. Then the jam is cooked at a low boil for 15–20 minutes. With this method of cooking, the berries are not boiled.
