Peel the turnips, put on a baking sheet with a little water, bake until soft, cool, cut into thin slices, add finely chopped onions, salt, add sour cream and stir. Before serving, add sour cream over the dish and sprinkle with chopped dill and parsley.
Turnip with minced meat
Turnip - 6-8 pcs., Beef (pulp) - 400 g, margarine - 100 g, egg - 1 pc., Half an onion, white bread - 2 slices, flour - 1 tbsp. spoon, pepper, salt, nutmeg to taste.

Turnip stuffed with semolina
Turnip - 10 pcs., Semolina - 1/4 cup, milk - 1 cup, butter - 3 tbsp. spoons, cheese - 25 g, salt - to taste.
Peel turnips, rinse, add hot water and cook until half cooked. Then remove the middle from it and cook the removed middle, then rub them through a sieve, then mix with semolina previously cooked in milk, adding salt and butter. Fill the turnips with the prepared minced meat, put it in a greased frying pan, sprinkle with grated cheese, grease with butter and bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes.
