The simplest thing that can be done to include kohlrabi in your diet (if there is sorely no time to master new dishes) is to partially replace the potatoes in salads accepted in your family with boiled kohlrabi. Or you can make mashed potatoes from a mixture of boiled potatoes and kohlrabi. It turns out very tasty, and, which is no less important, much healthier.

Kohlrabi cabbage stewed with carrots
Grate kohlrabi (400 g) and carrots (200 g) and add finely chopped leeks (200 g). Saute all vegetables in vegetable oil, add a little sour cream. Season with salt and sprinkle with grated cheese on top.
Vitamin salad
Cut the bell pepper (100 g) into strips, chop the kohlrabi (100 g) and carrots (50 g), chop the tomatoes (200 g) in the usual way, season with sour cream and salt to taste.
Kohlrabi stewed with sour cream
Cut kohlrabi (500 g) into cubes, add a little water, salt and simmer slightly, then add sour cream (150 g), put on a low heat and simmer until soft. Then add the dill and parsley.
Kohlrabi stewed with tomato
Cut kohlrabi into small slices, season with salt, breaded in flour and lightly fry in oil. After that, put the kohlrabi in a saucepan, add a little red hot pepper, season with sour cream mixed with tomato puree. Simmer the kohlrabi, covered over low heat, for about 30-40 minutes. When serving, sprinkle with parsley or dill.
Norwegian-style puree soup
Make the usual kohlrabi puree (60 g), dilute it with mushroom broth (3 cups), put finely chopped boiled porcini mushrooms (60 g) in the soup. Season the soup with cream (1/4 cup), eggs (2 pcs.) And butter.
