Unfortunately, radishes cannot be stored under normal conditions, since the root crops wither quickly, completely losing their taste. Cooling chambers are another matter: here it can be stored for a long time. By the way, radish leaves can be dried, some fans can even preserve them for the winter.

Radish sandwiches

It is good to use radishes for making canapes and match sandwiches. Cut the brown bread into rectangular slices and spread the butter over them. Put a lettuce leaf on top, and on it - beautifully chopped radish, a slice of ham or sausage. The meat can be replaced with a thin slice of tomato.
