Cut the cheese in two, put in a plastic bag and immerse it in hot water (60 ° C) for 10 minutes. Place the softened pieces of cheese on a wide board and press down with a cutting board on top so that you get two thin cakes. Spread sour cream on the first cake. Cut the ham into thin strips and put on the sour cream. Spice up. Coat with ketchup. Put cottage cheese on the second crust, then finely chopped red pepper, and lettuce leaves on top. Put the second on the first cake and roll everything into a roll. Put the finished roll on the shelf in the refrigerator for two hours, after which you can cut it into thin slices and put on a dish covered with lettuce leaves, garnish with olives.

1 cup rice, 250 g fresh or frozen mushrooms, 2 medium carrots, 2 onions, 1/2 cup cranberries, parsley, mayonnaise.

Boil the rice, grate the carrots, chop the onion. Spread carrots with onions. Finely chop the mushrooms and fry. Then combine everything, add cranberries (leave some mushrooms and cranberries for decoration), add mayonnaise. Mix. Put on a dish. Decorate with parsley, mushrooms, cranberries.

500 g of unpeeled shrimp, 200 g of ham, 2 fresh cucumbers, 1 tomato, 100 g of cheese, 4 tbsp. tablespoons of mayonnaise, salt, spices to taste.

Boil the shrimps and peel. Cut the ham, cucumbers, tomato, ham and cheese into strips. Add shrimp. Salt. Add spices to taste. Season with mayonnaise.

Mushroom salad with liver

200 g of beef liver, 200 g of pickled mushrooms, 2 fresh cucumbers, 2 pickles, 3 eggs, 2 onions, 1 tbsp. a spoonful of vegetable oil, 100 g of sour cream, salt. Spices to taste.

All ingredients are sized for 4 servings.

Boil the liver and cut into strips. Cut the onion into rings, fry in vegetable oil. Cut pickled and fresh cucumbers, eggs and mushrooms into strips, add liver with onions, salt, spices and season with sour cream.

Lukoshko salad

For 6 servings you will need:

3 tomatoes, 200 g of beef, half a cucumber (take to taste - fresh, pickled, salted), 1 egg, 1 onion, 30 g of cheese, 10 g of butter, 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise, salt, spices taste.

Boil the beef and eggs. Sort the meat into fibers and chop finely. Finely chop the onion and sauté in butter. Grate egg, cheese and cucumber. Combine all this and season with mayonnaise. Cut the tomatoes in half, remove the pulp and salt, fill the halves with salad.

Squid salad

For 4 servings you will need:

400 g of squid, 3 potatoes, 2 eggs, juice of 1 lemon, a

bunch of green onions, 6 tbsp. vegetable oil, salt, pepper to taste.

Prepare the sauce: finely chop the green onion, add oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, mix.

Peel and cut raw squid into rings. Stir the sauce with the squid (leave 4 tablespoons of the sauce), cover and marinate for 30 minutes at room temperature.

Boil potatoes and eggs and cut into large cubes, add fried calamari (fry for 5 minutes), mix everything and season with the remaining sauce.

Salmon salad

For 4 servings you will need:

10 g of lightly salted salmon, half sweet pepper, 1 fresh cucumber, a

bunch of dill, a bunch of green onions, 2 tbsp. tablespoons of mustard, 1 tbsp. a spoonful of vinegar, 1 tsp. sugar, 3 tbsp. vegetable oil, 100 g of bread to taste, salt, pepper to taste.

Add vinegar, salt to the mustard and beat with a whisk or fork, add finely chopped dill and onion, whisking, add oil.

Finely chop the salmon, pepper and cucumber, add the sauce and stir. Divide the salad into four tins, press lightly and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Cut four circles from the bread along the diameter of the molds. Turn the salad tins on bread circles, remove them, decorate.

Mackerel under a fur coat

For 7 servings you will need:

300 g of smoked mackerel fillet, 1 beet, 2 potatoes, 2 carrots, 2 eggs, 1 green apple, 300 g of mayonnaise, salt, pepper to taste.

Boil beets, potatoes, carrots and an egg. Finely chop the mackerel fillet. Grate all the boiled vegetables and apple and divide into two parts. Layer: beets - egg - carrots - potatoes - apple - mackerel - apple - potatoes - carrots - egg - beets. Coat each layer with mayonnaise.

Chicken pate with mushrooms

One chicken carcass, 2 onions, 1 carrot, bay leaf to taste, salt, peppercorns, fresh champignons - 300 g, butter - 120 g, broth - 1 ladle.

Boil the chicken with vegetables and spices until tender (soft). Finely chop the champignons and one onion and fry until golden brown. Dismantle the boiled chicken, mince it twice, pour in the broth, add butter at room temperature and mix until smooth. Add mushrooms and onions. Mix everything thoroughly and put in a mold, cover the mold with foil and refrigerate overnight. When serving, cut the pate into slices. Place on lettuce leaves and garnish. They are especially good for decorating pickled rowan branches.
