For pulmonary diseases on the basis of nuts, a wonderful cedar tincture is made, which helps with acute and chronic bronchitis, pneumonia and even asthma and tuberculosis. For this, crushed nuts (with shells) are poured into a 0.5 liter bottle, shoulder length, and poured with vodka. After that, they are corked and kept for at least two weeks in a warm, dark place. As a result of extraction, the resulting tincture becomes dark brown. Then it is drained, filtered from small inclusions and taken in a tablespoon three times a day 20-30 minutes before meals. Remaining crushed kernels and softer shells can also be eaten.

The buds, young shoots and needles of walnut pine are a good antiscorbutic agent, since they contain from 250 to 350 mg of vitamin C. Vitamin infusion of them is prepared as follows: the crushed raw material is poured with an equal volume of water, slightly acidified with citric or hydrochloric acids (you can just lemon juice), and put in a warm place for 2-3 days. The resin (liquid resin) of both pines, obtained as a result of tapping, or collected from wounds on the trunks, has stronger bactericidal and balsamic properties than the resin of other conifers. It is used to heal wounds, chronic ulcers, boils. The phytoncides contained in it have a detrimental effect on many types of pathogenic microbes. Bones with fractures grow together faster if the site of injury is lubricated with resin.

In case of diseases of the respiratory system, it is useful to inhale the vapors and smoke of the resin, slowly burning on coals. Seeds (nuts) are an effective remedy for salt deposition. Infusions of them (together with the shell) are used to treat articular rheumatism, vitamin deficiency, metabolic disorders. And decoctions and tinctures of the shells are used for inflammation of the mucous membranes of the oral cavity. They also make lotions for skin diseases (lichen, purulent lesions, eczema, burns, etc.).

Diseases of the oral cavity. In case of periodontitis stage 1 and 2, periodontitis, stomatitis, gingivitis, massage the gums twice a day with a bandage moistened with 5% turpentine balm for 5-6 months. In case of periodontal disease, additionally, once a day, apply the balm mixed with sea buckthorn oil (1: 1).

Skin diseases. Lubricate the affected areas of the skin with cedar oil or apply bandages soaked in it. Change them every other day. At the same time, take inside cedar oil 1 teaspoon three times a day for 30-60 minutes. before meals. For weeping eczema, streptoderma and deep trophic ulcers, boils, carbuncles, herpes, 5% turpentine balm is used.

Cardiovascular diseases. In case of the onset of an attack of angina pectoris, arrhythmia, tachycardia, drip 10-15 drops of 5% turpentine balm onto the palm and rub it in the heart area.

Stomach and duodenal ulcers, gastritis. Take 1 teaspoon of cedar oil in the morning for 30 minutes. before meals, in the evening - 2 hours after meals. You can dilute it with milk (1: 1).

Colitis, gastritis, hepatitis, cholecystitis, as well as prostatitis and adenoma. Candles from a bandage soaked in 5% turpentine balsam. Additionally - rubbing the drug into the perineum.
