In the previous article, we considered the option of creating a garden near a country house using low-growing plants. Now we will continue to select possible options for decorating the area around your estate. One of the most popular garden styles is the charming informal home garden. Alternate plantings allow easy-growing plants to be included as a result of self-seeding from year to year, creating a change of color combinations throughout the summer. 1. Spirea.
2. Cornflowers (sow in the ground in the spring or plant seedlings after the end of frost).
3. Digitalis (sow in mid-summer or plant seedlings in early fall).
4. Yellowfiol (lacfiol - Cheiranthus L.).
5. Siberian irises (plant in mid-spring)./
6. Poppies (sow in spring).
7. Stachis.
8. Nasturtiums (their wonderful bright flowers bloom from mid-summer to autumn).
9. Salvia.
10. Carnations.
11. Plants blooming at night (morning glory, matiola two-horned and others - sow in spring).

Gardens located in colder areas can also achieve excellent results when used in landscaping with clematis and climbing roses. It is quite possible to plant juicy green lettuce bushes to the color palette of bright cornflowers, ears of dry ornamental grasses, continuously flowering nasturtiums.

How to create such a garden

1. In more northern areas, sow poppy seeds in early spring.
2. In warmer climates, sow or plant night-blooming plants in early spring.
3. Sow nasturtium directly into the soil in the spring.
4. Plant spike seedlings, Siberian irises, and spirea in mid-spring.
5. Sow scented foxglove, yellow violet for growing seedlings from seeds in mid-summer. Transplant them into your garden in early fall.
