Take half a glass with 1 tablespoon of honey 2-3 times a day half an hour before meals. Turnip juice with honey in a ratio of 1: 1 in the amount of 1-2 tablespoons 3-4 times a day will help get rid of a severe cough with colds, chronic bronchitis, bronchial asthma.

Boiled juice in arbitrary dosage is effective as an expectorant for bronchial asthma, colds, coughs, acute laryngitis and hoarseness, and as a sedative for insomnia and palpitations.

Gargling with warm turnip tea helps with toothache.

Turnip infusion (2 tablespoons of finely chopped turnips, pour a glass of boiling water, insist, strain) take half a glass 4 times a day in the same cases as the broth.

An infusion of turnip leaves is used for rinsing the mouth for various dental diseases, for the prevention of caries. To do this, it is enough to pour 20 g of chopped leaves with one glass of boiling water and leave for 30 minutes.

With a mixture of mashed raw turnips and goose fat, frostbite areas are smeared.

There are many different recipes for the same diseases, so do not despair, you need to try, experiment and choose the most effective ones, especially since they are different for each.

Raw turnip and its juice are not recommended for exacerbation of gastric ulcer and duodenal ulcer, as well as for acute gastritis with increased secretory activity of the stomach, enterocolitis with diarrhea, acute inflammatory processes in the liver and kidneys.
