It is known that a disorder of calcium and silicon metabolism can often cause rickets, abnormal growth of teeth, fragility of bones, accompanied by diseases such as anemia, allergies, herpes on the lips, exposure to colds; in women, leucorrhoea, weakness of labor pains, atony of the muscles of the uterus are added to this.

It is difficult to correct the violation of calcium metabolism, since the use of ready-made calcium-containing preparations shows poor absorption of calcium. The shell of chicken eggs not only has well-absorbed calcium, but also contains a set of elements necessary for the body: silicon, copper, magnesium, iron, manganese, molybdenum, fluorine, phosphorus, sulfur, zinc - only 27 elements. Shell therapy is especially useful during pregnancy, for children from one to 6 years old, as well as in adolescence and adolescence. For adults, shell therapy is useful twice a year to prevent diseases of the spine, dental caries and osteoporosis in the elderly. Eggshells are an excellent means for removing radionucleides from the body; they prevent the accumulation of strontium-90 in the bone marrow. For this purpose, it is recommended to consume from 2 to 6 g of shells per day, it is better to do this during the period when calcium metabolism slows down - in January-February.

This mass is kneaded, and it is rubbed with sore joints, as well as with rheumatism and osteochondrosis. The smeared area is covered with a bandage, and after 15 minutes it is removed, as the pain and aches go away.

With rheumatism or arthritis, there are two more recipes for ointment using eggs that help during an exacerbation and for prevention.

- Pour 100 ml of alcohol into a cup and dissolve 50 g of camphor and 60 g of mustard in it, mixing everything. Stir 150 g of egg white separately, gradually turning it into lipstick. After that, mix both formulations to the consistency of an ointment. The ointment is rubbed in, but not dry, it should remain on the skin. When it dries in the air, wipe the skin with a dry cloth.

- Dissolve 40 g of camphor in 10 ml of alcohol, add 40 g of mustard and 100 g of protein and mix until it becomes an ointment. Rub overnight not dry. When the ointment is dry, dampen a rag and wipe the sore spots.
